Our condolences go to Sam Mitchell and his family. I wont be kicking and screaming about the game tonight. There was no way the Raptors were going to sweep the season series with the Spurs. Mitchell’s absence was definitely felt. The Raptors shot more jumpers than they usually do. Moon didn’t even dribble the ball in the direction of the basket. The Toronto Raptors (27-22) will try to sweep the season series when they host the San Antonio Spurs (32-17) Monday night at the ACC. The Raptors defeated the Spurs 83-73 in San Antonio on December 28th. Jason Kapono led the Raptors with 15 points, while Michael Finley scored 20 points for the Spurs. Continue Reading

This ACC should be packed tonight when the Toronto Raptors (25-20) take on the visiting Los Angeles Lakers (28-15). The last time these two clubs met was February 9th of last year. I must admit, that for the first time years, I am not up to date with college players, aside from the big names, going into the draft. I have no opinion on who the Raptors should draft, nor am I going to venture one. This post is strictly an a hindsight look at what we have done in drafts past. I have been meaning to go back, and look at all the draft picks that the Raptors had over the years. My findings are surprisingly very positive.
