The Wolves and Celtics finally agreed to a trade that gutted the Celtics bench (Al Jefferson, Theo Ratliff, Gerald Green, Ryan Gomes and Sebastian Telfair) in return for the 10 time all-star Kevin Garnett. With Ainge’s earlier trade landing Ray Allen, there was definitely a push to win now. What a night! The Warriors made the Mavs look ordinary. The look on Cubans face the whole game was priceless. He looked like he was going to jump into the bench, and start cutting cheques to motivate the rest of the team. Nelson was masterful in his strategy. Washington Wizards all-star guard Gilbert Arenas is done for the year after injuring his knee in the first quarter of wednesday nights loss to the Charlotte Bobcats. Arenas will have arthroscopic surgery on his left knee and will be sidelined up to 3 months.
