This is one of those games I wish I was at. People say the COY was a farce, well what about MVP? Just because Nash won it twice in a row, didn’t mean he didn’t deserve it this year (I would have voted for Nash if I had a vote to cast). Looks like Dwayne Wade was bang on in his rebuttal to Dirk Nowitzki about last years final. Screw Cuban…I BELIEVE!!

That third quarter was something else. Jackson hit like 4 threes to put the game away. At halftime it was close and I thought that Mavs might even eek this one out but the third just killed them.
Nelson >> Avery

it was one of the best performances i have ever seen. the warriors were able to render nowitzki ineffective, and no one else stepped up. indiana should have gotten way more for jackson and harrington. sucks that carlisle got the axe for managements incompitance.
i thought it was a bad move when they brought avery in as coach. he got out-coached by riley last year, out-classed by nelson this year. i dont know where the mavs go from here. cuban excercises too much control over that team, he clearly doesn’t know what he is doing.

He clearly doesn’t know what he is doing is a little harsh there … they made it to the finals last year and had 67 wins this year. They got upset. I would actually say that Cuban has done quite well for someone who doesn’t have a background in the game. Obviously this year they just got out coached and out worked by my boy don. That being said they will need to make some changes to give the team some new energy heading into next year and Cuban can maybe watch from a private box rather than courtside.

it might be a little harsh, but with that payroll, no one should be getting upset, and no one should be getting out coached. that is my contention, and i stand by it.
